Financial illiteracy is more expensive than financial literacy!

Are you the person who likes things as they are and don't want to reconsider them? Because well you just don't feel like it. You don't seem to be affected by things going around you. To be frank, deep down we all have this little desire to keep things unchanged but sometimes it also becomes a reason of us being underdeveloped.

As the title of this blog interprets, YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO BE FINANCIALLY IGNORANT!

Why is it so?

Let's take a ride in the world of FINANCIALLY IGNORANT/UNAWARE PERSON! You will find these places (a metaphor for qualities), for sure. Or at least most of them.

1. They look rich!

That's because they believe in LIVING LIFE KING SIZE! This has got to be the most misunderstood saying. They have expensive branded products, they keep buying expensive & sometimes unnecessary stuff to keep up their peer game.

Cost of looking rich:-

This quality doesn't allow you to retain money. So forget about investing and all, you don't even save.

2. They work for STATUS!

We are living in a status-driven society. Everything you do has to be some connection with WHAT WILL PEOPLE THINK OF ME!? You want people to think of you as SOMEONE! And you use your money to make them do so. You dine in some fancy restaurants, you don't even think twice when it comes to spending. Long story short you are driven by 'अरे कमाते किस लिए है!' mentality.

Cost of maintaining STATUS:- You thrive so much to appear as SOMEONE to this society that you ultimately become NO-ONE to your own self.

3. They don't talk Money!

Money is taboo in their world. They can go on for days if you ask them to tell you what stuff you should buy. But discussing about how to make money, saving & investing seems offensive to them. They don't bother themselves much about these things.

They thrive on their ACTIVE INCOME. Which today or tomorrow is gonna stop, it's just a matter of time.

Cost of ignoring MONEY:- You keep yourself far far away from financial literacy. How can you expect to attract something if you don't even like to talk about it, MONEY!

What is the net total cost of FINANCIAL IGNORANCE?

The answer is simple, in fact, is just one word!

Poverty.

To be more specific I will say INVISIBLE POVERTY.

It is invisible simply because even the person going through this doesn't seem to be aware of it.

Every year, government comes up with the data & statistics about poverty in the nation. If somehow they can come up with the data of this invisible poverty, we will find that more than 90% of the population is invisibly poor!

Millions of families around the globe are trapped in invisible poverty.

Enough about a problem! Is there any solution?

YES, there's always. You could be that one person who can pull out your entire family out of this trap.

It doesn't even cost anything to be Financially aware. JUST A BUNCH OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS!

Read the above paragraph again, deliberately!

As Elon Musk says, if you want to learn something, you can do it for absolutely free of cost, we are living in a time where everything you wanna do is just a few clicks away!

Winding-up

You don't need to spend a single rupee to get Financially Literate. All you have to do is invest your most expensive resource, TIME!

Everybody has got something to invest, it's either money or TIME! Later is more powerful.

Now you may ask, hey buddy why don't you just provide us the links of that bunch of YT Videos you are talking about?

Nah! DIY.

Just type 'FINANCIAL LITERACY' in the search box and if you are a lazy person like me, use voice command!😌

There you go, learn FINANCE in whatever language you are comfortable with! There are thousands of alternatives you have.

Even I started my journey with a single google search!

That is it for this time. I want you to open YouTube/Google right away and start on!
